- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst insurance company I ever have to dealing with, they are extremely slow, never answer the phone call. And their adjuster is disrespectful. I had a very simple small claim with them. From day 1, they been drag at this , it's extremely hard to get hold of them not just one person, claim representative, adjuster, manager, top manager, they hardly return you phone call. Their adjuster is very hard to work with, and this is not just my personal opinion, my vehicle shop manage also had the same problem. The adjuster I had to work with is name Chad, he is lying on their report, they are doing everything they can to save every single penny for Erie, they don't give crap about your vehicle. And during the rental phrase, they try to blame me and the shop and asking we to pay extra. Also their manager Don never return your phone call, despite how urgent the matter is. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wish I didnt have to post a star at all. These people SUCK! They cant own up to a claim. Can NEVER get a hold of ANYONE! Tried to get in contact with the supervisor Steven and STILL no answer.
