- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Called in to inquire about getting a replacement SS card and they picked up under a minute. I was informed it was pretty busy but decided to come in anyways because when is a government office not busy? Was promptly greeted at the door by the nicest security guard who kept smiling even though the 50 people were all staring at him. Guy had a smile the whole time and even cracked a joke with me when I asked him a question. He definitely made the visit better as he was awesome at both facilitating the traffic and answering questions!!!By brad warnick, July 16, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I read the reviews and wanted to meet this security guard everyone was talking about. We walked in and was promptly greeted with a big Hello by a very friendly guard who asked what services I needed. He then proceeded to explain how to use the automated ticket machine. We were called to the window in less than 15 minutes, I was just getting a replacement card other services take longer. The man at the window helped me very quick and professional. As we were leaving the guard told us to enjoy the rest of the week. Very happy with this service and place.By G Snow, November 29, 2016
